Pay: $18 / hour
Type: Full-time — Events / Entertainment
What You’ll Do:
• Greet guests, build rapport, and deliver fast, friendly customer service throughout the Wild Wild West entertainment area.
• Maintain a high-energy, costumed stage personality to entertain guests and create a party atmosphere.
• Drive guest traffic and revenue for entertainment amenities (food & beverage, attractions, promotions).
• Ensure guest safety and compliance for mechanical bull and other interactive amenities; demonstrate proper use when needed.
• Coordinate events happening in the Wild Wild West area and assist with event planning as requested.

Potential Trade-offs:
• $18/hour is entry-level for an events role in a large resort — may require late, weekend, or holiday shifts.

• Safety/responsibility for mechanical attractions can be stressful and requires vigilance.
• Background checks and certain pre-employment screenings are part of Caesars’ onboarding process.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable performing in costume and interacting with large groups.
• Willingness to work variable hours (nights, weekends, holidays) common in entertainment/hospitality.

Perks / Benefits:
• Join a large regional employer with pathways across Caesars’ resorts and departments.
• Hands-on event experience and opportunities to learn upsell/promotional techniques.

Would you take this job?
If you were applying, what would be your top three non-negotiables: (A) confirmed hourly rate + clear overtime policy, (B) hybrid/remote flexibility or formal onsite schedule, or (C) a mentorship/training plan and clear career path into senior events/venue management roles? Which would you pick and why — and what would you ask the hiring manager before accepting (e.g., typical shift schedule, uniform/costume expectations, or sample safety checklist for mechanical attractions)?
