Speed-run floral arch for pop-up

Load-in is 45 minutes for a Saturday art market, and I’m chasing a bright “citrus atelier” theme — think kumquats, marigolds, and airy ruscus — anchoring a narrow 6’ entry. Anyone have a reliable recipe for a foam-free arch that holds its posture for 6 hours and travels well on two C-stands?

“foam-free arch” — I run a 10’ EMT crossbar on the C-stands, hang two pre-built chicken-wire garlands (zip-tied greens, marigolds in water tubes, kumquat clusters on 18-ga wire) with carabiners; 25 lb sandbags plus one ratchet strap per stand kept it upright 6+ hours. With a 45-min load-in you’re fine — will that 6’ entry be shaded or should you plan to mist?

I keep posture by sliding 3/16" fiberglass driveway rods inside the garlands as hidden ribs, then clipping them to the EMT with mini quick links — keeps the curve for 6 hours and travels clean on two C-stands; @sophia_w92, I wrap kumquat clusters onto bamboo skewers with parafilm so they don’t spin in transit. If the entry’s in full sun, swap the outer band of airy ruscus for grevillea to buy time — will it be shaded?

Pre-build on 6’ plastic trellis panels, roll in, clip; skewered citrus + paddle wire won’t tear, @dmoore. Offset or centered?
