I keep a one-pager for planners that lists minimum power (two 20A circuits per side for PA/lighting), standard I/O (12 XLR sends to FOH, 4 returns, a Dante drop), and RF notes for Shure ULXD in 470–608 MHz so 30-minute room flips don’t break. When dealing with quick flips, I’ve started using power distribution units with integrated circuit breakers. They can save a lot of time troubleshooting power issues mid-event, especially with those two 20A circuits you mentioned. Just a thought, if you find the room size varies a lot, it might also be worth considering backup plans for different setups.
